Programs are built around where you are now and designed for where you need to get to. GRAVITY LAB
Gravity Lab is a deep-dive team program for leaders and their teams that need to reset, realign, and build the cohesion that allows them to perform under pressure. We work at the team system level, how decisions get made, how conflict gets navigated, how trust is built and maintained, and how the team functions when the conditions get hard. Using the PERILL model to assess team effectiveness, we tailor the program to what the team actually needs rather than a generic workshop agenda. The outcome is a leadership team that moves with clarity, shared accountability, and the kind of trust that holds through scale. Gravity Lab engagements typically run three to six months.
