Martina Rios is the founder of Grip & Gravity, a leadership and team development practice for founders and scaling leaders. She works with leaders and their teams to build the people systems, accountability structures, and team dynamics that allow organisations to grow without the founder as the ceiling: shifting from founder-led to organisation-led.
With 5+ years of coaching experience, EMCC certification in individual and team coaching, systemic team coaching and counselling credentials, DISC, PERILL, and Network Centrality accreditations, and a decade of senior commercial relationship management with executive-level decision-makers, Martina brings a rare cross-disciplinary lens to leadership development. She coaches from the inside out.
