Grip & Gravity Co. was born from a question we kept hearing:

“How do I lead more efficiently—as things get more complex?”

We saw founders scaling brilliant ideas, and organisations expanding fast—yet the people part kept slipping through the cracks. Priorities shifting. Culture drifting. Communication is siloed. Leadership stretched thin, juggling multiple roles, trying to keep the magic.

 

We founded Grip & Gravity to meet that moment of messy middle - helping with the transition from founder-led to organisation-led, start-up intimacy to structured scale.

Martina Rios is a leadership strategist, accredited team coach and counsellor, and founder of Grip & Gravity—a coaching and partner practice that scales the human side of growth for visionary companies. With credentials across EMCC, DISC, PERILL, AIHR, ACA, and Network Centrality, she brings a science-backed edge to leadership development, team alignment, and culture transformation.

Martina’s approach blends behavioural science, emotional intelligence, organisational development, and commercial acumen—helping leaders decode complexity, build trust, and lead with clarity and traction. Her frameworks are human-centred, data-informed, and designed to scale—trusted by founders, executives, and teams navigating change and velocity.
